PE-II students qualified any one group can Commence Articled Training

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are pleased to inform that with a view to mitigate hardships faced by PE-II students, it has been decided to allow all students of PE-II who have qualified in at least one of the groups shall be allowed to commence their articled training under Regulation 45. The announcement is hosted on the ICAI's website. You are requested to make wide publicity and inform all Branches as well.

In this context, Form No.103 will stand partially modified (shown in bold italic) as under:

"Registration as an articled assistant when a student (choose one)

•   has passed PE-II (both groups or either  of the groups)"

In case, you have any query / suggestion, please let us know so that same can be incorporated in FAQs which are under preparation.
