Time for filing form DIN-4 by DIN holders for furnishing PAN and to update PAN details extended

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the time for filing form DIN-4 by DIN holders for furnishing PAN and to update PAN details upto 30.04.2012 for the Allotment of Director's Identification Number (DIN) under Companies Act, 1956. Earlier this date was extended on 15/12/2011. All existing DIN holders who have not furnished their PAN earlier at the time of obtaining DIN have accordingly been advised to furnish their PAN by filing form DIN-4 by 30.04.2012 to avoid penal action. ***** ST/- (Release ID :80756)
