Has someone gone through the CAG empanelment form 2011-12 ? In the form a new clause has been added to the definition defining "FULL TIME PARTNER" It says interalia that a partner shall not be deemed to be full time partner if his per annum compansation is below Rs 1.80 lacs in case of ACA & Rs 3.00 lacs in case of FCA in delhi mumbai kolkata chennai bangalore & hyderabad. The limit is Rs 1.20 lacs & Rs 1.80 respectively in rest of the places. Is it again a blow by big firms to SMF ? |
