ALLOTMENT OF AUDIT OF URBAN COOPERATIVE BANK (UCB) 2011-12

DEAR MEMBERS,

THE ALLOTMENT OF AUDIT OF UCBs FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2011-12 WILL BE MADE AS PER THE POLICY STATED IN LETTER DATED 11 APRIL, 2011 BY COMMISSIONER CO-OPERATION. THE ALLOTMENT ARE EXPECTED TO BE MADE IN 1 OR 2ND WEEK OF THE MAY 2012.

    As per tele-conversation with pune office, allotment will be done in another 7-8 days. Earlier it was informed that on 11/05/2012 list will be provided.

    Dear sir,
    WIRC should inform Co-Operative department about any changes in constitution of existing auditors firms those are in panel of UCB statutory auditors. Status of CA firm if in previous year constitution of firm was proprietary and in current year the same firm is converted in to partnership firm or if firm name has been changed as that of previous year. Changes like this should have to be informed to co-operative department for revised marking purpose, on the basis of revised marking correct allotments will be done.
