The speech of the Finance Minister delivered in the Lok Sabha yesterday whilst moving the amendments to the Finance Bill 2012 is available.  In the speech, the Finance Minster has made important pronouncements regarding the implementation of GAAR, the retrospective "clarificatory" amendments and other matters.
