Here goes the first update of counting: Total Postal Ballots received : 338 votes
Very very poor %....barely 15% of total eligible postal ballot voters! Seems CAs abroad are just not interested in ICAI affairs! We now need to see how many of these ballots are valid, considering the fact that in previous elections, a reasonably high number of postal ballots have been found to be invalid!
