Queen of 2nd Preferences

About Shruti and Shilpa:

I would like make special mention about these two candidates to WIRC. 

1. "Queen of 2nd Preferences" : Shruti Shah was placed at position No.29 after first count and thereafter, she has constantly made improvement in her position and now  she is place at position No.19. During the last term also she has traveled long distance to make her place in regional council. She has got 2nd preferences from across the regional in almost each elimination; which shows that, her candidature is well accepted in the region. However, other female candidates have secured very good position as compared to her. She could not make it possible even she is contesting for 3rd time and that is too from Mumbai. My best wishes for her in incoming Regional Council. This may be because of no god father is behind her.

2. Shilpa Shingare : She was placed at position No.29 after first count and thereafter, she has constantly made improvement in her position and now  she is place at position No.14. She has secured very respectable position even she is contesting for the first time. My best wishes for her first ever position Regional Council.
