The sub-parcel distribution of Mohan Barmecha started again....
There are 147 ballots exhausted from main parcel of CA. Barmecha. This mean that, so much of voters did not gave 2nd preference in their ballots. This is not as per basic principles of Preferential voting system (single transferable preferential voting system). If voters gives all preference in his ballots; then he ensure that, his vote ultimately get transferred to one of his preferential candidate.
The is "main reason" for "gap" between demand of candidates expecting distribution from elimination and actual distribution.
